Project overview
We organized a grand opening accompanied by a media conference that took place on the 13th floor of one of the largest business centers. The office was transformed into a conference space thanks to an LED screen of over 16m² and a professional sound and lighting system. During the event, we organized simultaneous translations for 100 people and catering for 150 participants. After the official part of the event, the participants were invited to the evening celebration, located in one of the most notable concert venues. The main surprise during the event was an exclusive concert and a Prossecco van inside the concert hall, which was decorated with over 120 meters of light garlands.
