Project overview
We were faced with the challenge of introducing and integrating employees from two different plants in one day. We proposed a logistical solution that made it possible to prepare a schedule allowing participants to be in two different locations in one day.
The variety of the program created a cohesive whole that offered a good time combined with the official elements of the event. We organized the transport of 250 employees from 2 different plants, we created the concept of the official part of the event and the presentation of the newly opened hall. We also run the team building program "Olympic Championships".
