Project overview
We were responsible for organizing a meeting for employees on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of a chemical industry company, which took place in one of the hotels near Warsaw. The three-day event started with a casual meeting on the hotel patio and finished with dinner and a disco. The second day began with a conference, after which the participants started the tasks orienting them towards nature. There were attractions such as kayaks, sailboats, cycling, orienteering, yoga, gong massages and a chillout zone. The official part was crowned with a evening gala combined with an award ceremony, hosted by Tomasz Jachimek. A star - Jessica Jean - performed in front of the guests, and then a DJ took care of the musical setting for the evening. The event was attended by 200 representatives of the company from all over Poland. We were responsible for the comprehensive preparation and production of the event, and for providing a website dedicated to the event.
